I found this recipe in Taste of Home Contest Winning Annual Recipes 2009, and it's a keeper. The flavors are incredible, and this is a great use of your leftover Easter ham. This is heavenly. Thank you for posting!

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute asparagus and onion in butter for 5-8 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  3. Add in the ham, cream, pepper, and salt; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat; cook over low heat for 1 minute.
  5. Drain pasta; add to the asparagus mixture; toss to coat.
