This is good for the summer or spring
- 1 cup strawberry, frozen and unsweetened
- 3⁄4 cup light vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup tropicana orange juice
- 2⁄3 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (ground or minced) or 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients in blender container or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
