Wonderfully fresh salad!
- 1 (12 ounce) package mixed salad greens
- 1 (6 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat granola cereal (Kashi preferred)
- Mix all ingredients together. Use more or less of oranges/blueberries depending on preference. Balsamic dressing tastes great on this!
Simple and wonderful for a quick summer lunch! The kids also loved it.
