This will make fantastic lunches for the week! I did need to add about 3/4 cup of water because there was very little liquid. For the pasta I used spinach and ricotta agnolotti, and it really complemented the pesto well. Overall, a quick yummy soup! Thanks Kate!

This was such a great meal on a bowl.Wow!...We had never had cheese tortellini before;I didn't knew how to serve them. Now I know and My DH made me promise to make this meal again. I always have pesto in the freezer leftover from last summer's basil crop.I served with oatmeal bread fresh from the oven.Thank you so much for posting. Rita
