I have not tried this recipe. The recipe is from Cornell Cooperative Extension. This has all the benefits of a sports drink, and is less expensive. You can use lemon juice for the orange juice.
- Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt in a tablespoon of orange juice concentrate.
- Add 7.5oz of cold water.
- Mix and drink.

This stuff is fantastic. I've been using it to rehydrate after having the stomach flu. I just used regular orange juice, but doubled the amount. Thanks for the easy recipe !
