1 batch rolls
ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons lukewarm water
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 4 cups self-rising flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
directions
- Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
- Combine all remaining ingredients.
- Add yeast.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins, about 1/2 full.
- Bake at 400ºF.
- This batter will keep for several days in the refrigerator.
- Take out and bake as needed.

Well, it sure doesn't get any easier than this. These are great!! I baked 6 rolls tonight and I still have quite a bit of batter left. We're looking forward to having the rest of them!!
