- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
- 1⁄4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 cups quick-cooking oats
directions
- Preheat oven 350.
- Cream butter and both sugars.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients
- Add to butter mixture.
- Stir in oats.
- Drop by tablespoon full onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.

This recipe is the best oatmeal cookie recipe ever!!!! I made them so many times and the family keeps asking for me they can never get enough.<br/><br/>Although i did alter the recipe, i added 3 eggs instead of two. And used 2 cups of oats instead of 3. This way the cookies are so moist they dont dry out.
