Spicy flavorful shrimp. I make this as an appetizer. Note: You can use shrimp with or with out peels for this.

  1. Preheat skillet to medium hot.
  2. Make seasoning in very large bowl by combining the first 5 ingredients.
  3. Saute garlic and shallots in oil and butter for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes tossing frequently.
  6. Dump pink firm cooked shrimp for hot pan into seasoning.
  7. Garnish with chives.
