Found on one of my old note cards. Serve with assorted cut up vegetables. This needs 1 hour chilling time but it's a no cook "recipe."

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Cover dip and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Garnish with the reserved teaspoon of caviar and serve with cut up vegetables.
