Found on one of my old note cards. Serve with assorted cut up vegetables. This needs 1 hour chilling time but it's a no cook "recipe."
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup vodka
- 3 1⁄2 ounces red caviar, lump fish, reserve 1 tsp. for garnish
- 1 1⁄4 cups chives, minced
- Mix all ingredients.
- Cover dip and refrigerate for one hour.
- Garnish with the reserved teaspoon of caviar and serve with cut up vegetables.
