I have not tried this recipe. I got the recipe from Copy Kat Chat message boards.
- 15 inches round soft cracker bread
- 1⁄2 cup cream cheese with herbs
- 1⁄2 lb thinly sliced cooked turkey
- 1 tomatoes, thinly slices
- 1⁄2 lb thinly sliced swiss cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- Spread herbed cheese on cracker bread and top with remaining ingredients.
- Roll up bread, enclosing filling.
- Trim ends, if desired, then cut roll into 1" pieces.
