Spiral Barbecue Wieners

"This surely isn't fancy but it certainly is a kid pleaser. My daddy made it for me when I was little. My kid's grew up eating it and now my granddughter often asks me to make it. You wouldn't want to serve it at a dinner party but for a cheap fast dinner that kid's will eat, it can't be beat."

  1. I made this for my son for lunch today. He loved it! Although, he wasn't too hot on them being cooked in the barbecue sauce so when we did up a couple more for him, we simply boiled them for a few minutes and then tossed them with some barbecue sauce. I love the technique though! They come out SO cute! Thanks for posting such a neat idea.
