Another coffee cocktail from my cowboy cocktails book, yum!
- 30 ml Amaretto
- 15 ml triple sec
- 200 ml freshly brewed espresso
- splash cinnamon schnapps
- whipped cream, to garnish
- ground cinnamon, for garnish
- Combine liqueurs with coffee, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon to serve.
Now this is the way to enjoy an afternoon Summer storm. Warm, easy to sip and simply delicious. I stayed with the splash of cinnamon but cut the amount of Amaretto and Grand Marnier (don't have triple sec). I;ll be making this again! :D
