This was beyong GREAT! My picky (veggies need to be just right) DH loved this and sure enought my 6y old and 2y old inhaled it. Though I have to admit I don't normally keep romano cheese on me, so used mozerella instead. It still came out wonderful. This is now my iron-packed side dish. Thanks Robinjoy

I learned to cook from my dad. He taught me about seasoning food, and how to DIY. Subseqently, I make my own yogurt cheese, bread, and dry alot of foods to preserve them. I don't can anymore since moving to the city in a small apartment. I have fibromyalgia, so frequently put off the clean up until I can rest for an hour or two. I get so involved when cooking, that I find I don't notice the pain.
