This is a great spinach side dish. I used fat free cream cheese. It's wonderful.

  1. Melt together cream cheese and butter (mixture will be lumpy).
  2. Put spinach in a 9x13" casserole and spread with cream cheese mixture.
  3. Then, evenly distribute artichoke hearts, cheese and crackers over the cream cheese.
  4. Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350 deg.
  5. F.
