My friends love this meal, and request to come over every time they hear I am preparing this tasty Salmon meal. Great next to anything!

Very good. I put the "stuffing" on top the salmon. I didn't have creole seasoning, so I used some cajun seasoning I had. Mine turned out very salty, so next time I will check the seasoning before I mix it with the cream cheese mixture. Not the fault of the recipe, but rather my seasonings. It was moist, tasty and very easy to make. Thanks for a great new way to eat salmon!
