  1. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minutes. Add spinach, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar; stir fry 2 minutes until spinach begins to wilt.
  2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Wonderful tasting side dish! I used 5 cloves of garlic and left out the sugar because I used seasoned rice vinegar. Yummy!!! Made for Fall PAC 2011.

Great recipe. Made with sesame oil as another suggested. Sauted a few green onions and mushrooms before adding spinach and sauce. I actually made extra sauce cause I was serving with rice. Think a little fresh ginger may even be a good addition. Thanks for posting.
