I love spinach snacks. Though I love greek pita the best, with spinach and feta, this recipe is still a good spinach snack or appetizer.
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Add and mix in last 3 ingredients.
- Spread in greased 9 X 13 pan.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
