This is a wonderful side dish that many of my customers eat as a dip! It's creamy and cheesy and you'll never even know you're eating spinach! This is a great Low-Carb and OAMC recipe.
- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese
- 10 ounces cottage cheese, drained
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 10 ounces cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- Mix all Ingredients together.
- Pour into pan.
- Cooking: Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour.
