Spinach Shells With Salmon Parmesan Tomato and Basil

  1. Heat butter in a medium skillet; add onion; sauté 5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Sir in tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salmon, basil and black pepper to taste.
  4. Meanwhile cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.
  5. Toss with the salmon sauce. Serve.
