this was delicious. i'm not a huge fan of spinach and i loved it prepared like this. i doubled the recipe and added an extra clove of garlic and toasted almonds. it was a hit! i also think i will use a little less butter then called for next time. i had a little bit extra left over just sitting in the pan.
This was great, i used olive oil instead of butter, touch of balsamic instead of lemon, no salt but pepper...yummo! Next i will try the lemon

I fried up some salt pork pieces instead of adding the butter, then sauteed and followed the recipe. We loved these!
This spinach even had a spinach hater saying yum. I used minced garlic as I was out of whole cloves so I left it in and it still tasted good. Next time I'd like to substitute red wine vinegar for the lemon juice. Served with Sticken Chicken and Rice Cooker Fried Rice

I used "I Can't Believe it's not Butter" instead of butter because of the saturated fat level, and used lemon pepper instead of 'salt & freshly ground black pepper. It turned out wonderful! Really loved it as did my company.
