- 283.49 g package frozen chopped spinach
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 177.44 ml parmesan cheese, grated
- 453.59 g package spicy bulk sausage, cooked & drained
- 2.46 ml black pepper
- 709.77 ml pepperidge farm seasoned stuffing mix
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 354.88 ml mild cheddar cheese, grated
- 7.39 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml red cayenne pepper
- salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cook and drain chopped spinach. Squeeze spinach until dry with paper towel.
- Combine other ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake in 325 degree oven for 15 minutes.
