    A refreshing salad of spinach and strawberries. I first tried a similar salad at K&W. I loved it and wanted to make something close to it and came up with this recipe

    • 16 ounces fresh baby spinach
    • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (use any kind you like)
    • 8 ounces sliced strawberries
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 4 tablespoons bacon bits (or crumbled bacon)
    • 8 tablespoons ranch salad dressing (use your favorite brand)

    Directions:

      Slice mushrooms.

      Chop onions.

      Use four salad plates or bowls.

      Divide All Ingredients between the four dishes and serve.
