Nice salad dressing, similar to one I have posted. I enjoyed this with a spinach salad. I mixed some into the yellow rice we had for dinner and it was good in that too! Thanks BeachGirl!
OHHH AHHH EASYYY!!!!! I put it all into a blender used only 1/8 cup sugar. Good stuff!
I made this today for lunch and it was quite easy to make in my immersion blender. I added the vinegar and it came out just right. Very good and a keeper.
I'm not gonna rate this, because I changed it according to another reviewers suggestion, and added the vinegar. With the mayo, I don't personally consider it "spinach salad" dressing, but more of a Thousand Island/French dressing, and after adding the vinegar, it was excellent. I used it on both spinach salad, and a tossed salad with seafood/eggs/the works, and like it very much.
Whoa...this is good, but there is one big problem. You definitely need vinegar to balance out all of the oil and mayonnaise. Add 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar, and this recipe comes together amazingly well. Delicious!
