• Yields: 1 big bowl

ingredients

• 1 head lettuce
• 1 bunch spinach
• swiss cheese
• 1⁄2 lb bacon, crumbled and cooked

• Dressing

• 3⁄4 cup white vinegar
• 1 1⁄2 cups oil
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons green onions
• 1 tablespoon poppy seed
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• sliced purple onion
• mushroom

directions

1. Mix dressing in a blender. Toss it all together.
