• 2 cups spinach
• 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, sliced
• 3 tablespoons spring onions, sliced
• 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder

directions

1. toss all ingredients together in bowl.
