Ingredients Nutrition

  • 34 cup sour cream
  • 12 cup ranch dressing
  • 300 g frozen spinach, chopped, thawed well drained
  • 12 cup carrot, finely shredded
  • 12 cup yellow pepper, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Mix sour cream and dressing in a medium bowl until well blended.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
