I made this last night and used fresh rather than frozen spinach. As a red-blooded all-american man I can tell you this is a quiche I will eat again!! Very simple easy to follow recipe that left us saying yum. Thank you for making this recipe available.

Yummy, my husband and kids loved this and asked for it again. Definitely a win!
I used this recipe to make mini quiches for a birthday parrty. I thought they were really tasty and everyone who tried them seemed to like them. After cooling the sauted veggies, I just added them and the cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stired it all together, used a 1 oz scoop to fill the mini pie crusts. Super easy and I'll definitely be trying this recipe again as a whole pie. Thanks for posting.,
