      As a tradition we eat spinach on the Thursday before Easter. This year, i wanted something new, thank you for sharing a great recipe! I added a little muscat but only used cheddar cheese.

      My family enjoyed this a lot. Comfort food, pizza, pierogi's all rolled into one recipe! I made my vegan pizza dough #10579 and added some extra shredded mozzarerella to the potato mixture.Next time will have to double recipe.
