This is great! We are a family of spinach lovers, and this was a great combination. The filling could be eaten without any sort of dough on the outside. We made a half-recipe and actually made a regular pizza out of the rest of the dough. It solved the biggest problem I have with pizza night, the lack of leafy green vegies. Everyone ate this with gusto and loved it to pieces! Thanks for the recipe, it'll be a regular on pizza night!

This tasty pie is truly surprising; small number of ingredients, but they deliver. I didn't use the raisins (I was out) but did use the pine nuts and took the easy way, using frozen spinach and ready-to-use store-bought pizza dough. Makes this a snap to prepare. I'm impressed! Served this with Mimi's Josephine's Tuna Pasta Salad #127147 and the combination was excellent. Thanks for posting!
