  • Halve the peppers lengthwise, remove seeds and membranes.  In microwave-able dish, arrange peppers, cut side down.  Cover & cook on high 2-3 minutes.  Drain & set aside.
  • Mix together all remaining ingredients, leaving 1T parmesan & some bacon pieces for garnish later.  Pile mixture into pepper cups.
  • Cook, uncovered, on high 3-5 minutes, or until heated through.  Top with bacon garnish & cheese. .
