    Directions:

      Mix EVERYTHING together.

      EXCEPT STEAK SAUCE.

      Shape into a loaf and bake 45 min at 350, add steak sauce on top the last 10 minutes.

      This tasted so good! Instead of oats I used bread crumbs, which tasted pretty good. Next time I think I need to drain the frozen spinach a little more, because it was still a little runny after the 45 min of baking. Thanks for the recipe, it's great!
