Spinach Meatloaf

I am always looking for ways to make food a little healthier. This is a good meatloaf with some fiber and a few other things that are good for you thrown in.

This tasted so good! Instead of oats I used bread crumbs, which tasted pretty good. Next time I think I need to drain the frozen spinach a little more, because it was still a little runny after the 45 min of baking. Thanks for the recipe, it's great!

  1. Mix EVERYTHING together.
  3. Shape into a loaf and bake 45 min at 350, add steak sauce on top the last 10 minutes.
