Spinach Meatballs Wrapped in Bacon

  • Wash spinach, and blend with 1/4 cup of water (spinach should look like a green smoothie).
  • Place everything in large bowl, mix until everything is fully green.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls, and wrap in bacon.
  • There should be a side that's not covered in bacon, place that facing down on the pan that goes into the oven.
  • Cook @ 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
  • After 40 mins, pick out the largest meatball you can eyeball and cut it open to check how well done it is.
