Delicious, I second UmmBinat! My only change was to use all organic ingredients, and baby spinach. Do be very careful with the garlic, as Deb says, as I had to toss the first batch out because it got too browned and tasted it. Definately better if allowed to mingle overnight! Delicious! DD (toddler) liked this as well. I used an unrefined extra virgin olive oil, Balkan (thick) yogurt instead of sour cream to be corn free, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, plus the rest. I served it with fresh vegetable sticks and did not make the pita triangles as we are gluten free. Made for MAKE MY RECIPE~Tag Game/Christmas 2010.
