I hadn't had this for years, and was so glad to discover it again. I made it for DD's birthday party and it was a huge hit. Absolutely delicious. I put it in my favorite party foods cookbook.

This is a very good spinach dip. I also like to substitute the Knorr Vegetable soup mix for Knorr Leek soup mix. Awesome in a round sourdough or pumpernickel loaf.

This dip has been a favorite for years and I think everyone in the world has it, if not they should give it a try. Personally I do not use the water chestnuts.

I love this dip served inside a round pumpernickle bread. It's great with either pieces of the bread dipped in it or potato chips and I do not care for potato chips normally. I like to make it the day before serving and then put it in the bread right before I serve it.

I have also used this recipe for years.....everyone seems to like it even if they don't like spinach....and I think Hellmann's mayo is the best to use!!!

I never thought I would like this because I don't like spinach. It is awesome! I couldn't stop eating it. Great with veggies and chips. Thank you.
