Spinach Dip

"I've always made the spinach dip on the back of the Knorr's soup box, but this one is nice, too. It has a tangier taste, and I'm more likely to have the ingredients for this at home."

  1. DH was not excited when I told him I was going to try something 'new' with his spinach dip. But, like most men, he does like ranch... and so I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so glad I did! He loved it! He is a bit mayo-phobic, so I subbed with softened cream cheese... but this is his NEW favorite.. thansks!!

  2. This dip was just as described...easy, tangy and yummy! Just a new twist on simple ranch dip. Will make this again...may add grated parm or swiss cheese next round :) thanks for posting.

  4. What a hit this was during our July 4th celebration! The only problem was....I didn't make enough! Being such a popular dip, I'll definitely double the recipe next time...and there will be many of those! A keeper for sure. Thanks for posting. ...txgammi

  5. This dip is excellent! And SO EASY! I served it with a sliced and toasted baguette sprinkled with garlic powder and tortilla chips. It just disappeared! I will definately double the recipe next time! Be sure to chill it as that gives it a firmer consistency.
