  • Heat oven to 325.
  • Beat eggs well.
  • Mix in ricotta, spinach salsa and milk.
  • Brown sausage, garlic, peppers, and onion until meat is cooked through.
  • Add meat mixture to egg mixture and stir.
  • Use spray oil to grease and 11x13 pan.
  • Pour egg and sausage mixture into pan.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until fork comes clean.
