- 4 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons milk (or almond or coconut milk)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese
directions
- Cook spinach according to package directions with salt.
- drain.
- place in casserole dish, set aside.
- mix cream cheese, milk and butter with beater til blended.
- spread on top of spinach.
- sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
