Spinach Casserole

"I have this recipe logged away and cannot recall where it came from. So here it is. IT is soo delicious."

ingredients

• 453.59 g frozen spinach
• 226.79 g cream of mushroom soup
• 473.18 ml mild cheddar cheese
• 236.59 ml Minute Rice (I like instant brown rice)
• 59.14 ml butter

directions

1. Cook frozen spinach in a pot of water until it starts to boil.
2. Drain spinach and empty into a round casserole dish.
3. Add all the remainder of ingredients and mix well.
4. Bake in the oven on 350 until the cheese is bubbling. Roughly 25 minutes.
5. Enjoy.
