Spinach Casserole

"I got this from a website about a year ago, its so simple and I always have the ingredients on hand."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 cups spinach
• 1 1⁄4 ounces dry onion soup mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

directions

1. Drain spinach well. Add soup mix and sour cream. Blend well and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30min or until hot and bubbly.
