We really liked this dish, I used frozen chopped spinach instead of canned and it turned out great. Definite keeper!!!Also turns out great using the flavored cream cheese like the one with garden vegetables or the one with chives. Make sure the cream cheese is softened before mixing it up otherwise you'll have lumps of cream cheese.

Directions

  1. Drain spinach.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Pour mixture into casserole or baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle liberally with parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
