  1. Chop spinach and onion.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Make into 6 patties.
  4. Grill or fry until done, about 5 minutes per side.

Awesome! I used 2# ground chuck, more spinach and onions, and for the awesome factor gorgonzola. I froze 3 patties and we ate the other three w/ rosemary white beans. What a load of iron. Thanks for the recipe :O)

I am always trying to get my family to eat their spinach (which they don't like) Thanks for giving me a new way to get it in their diet. They gobbled these down with out a clue. Thanks for sharing
