- 1 box Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed,squeeze out excess moisture
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Make stuffing according to box directions.
- Add beaten egg, cheeses, and seasonings.
- Add spinach to mix.
- Shape into balls.
- Place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° until browned, about 12 to 18 minutes.
