Here's a delightful appetizer for your holiday meal--or just a way to use that frozen spinach. Warning: they pop into your mouth easily and are hard to stop eating. Recipe courtesy of Our Favorite Recipes, Pilot Club of Greater Kanawha Valley and Sue Bayliss. Serving size is estimated. YUM!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
  3. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until brown.
  5. These freeze well and can be reheated and are great to take to a party.
  6. *I found no need to freeze anything because they were gone in minutes.
