Another of mom's old school party recipes. I love this one too. You can make the balls ahead of time and freeze them and then just bake them before you need them. Great YUM factor

This is the original recipe as it uses the herb stuffing. I've been making these for years because they're just so good! Double the recipe to make a big batch: they freeze wonderfully uncooked & all you have to do is pop them in the oven.

  1. Cook and squeeze all water out of the spinach. Mix everything together and chill. Roll into 1 inch balls on a sheet pan.
  2. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
