  1. Thaw spinach and press out water.
  2. melt butter; add flour, make a smooth paste.
  3. in a large bowl beat eggs.
  4. add to flour mixture, beat.
  5. add remaining ing. mix with spoon.
  6. bake at 350 for 1 hour or until firm.
  7. let stand a few minutes before serving.

This was very,very good. My daughter doesn't enjoy vegetables and she really liked it.I will definitly make this again.
