Spinach Artichoke Pizza Bagels

"Cheesy spinach artichoke dip goes great on a hot bagel!"

• Yields: 4 Bagels
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 cup parmesan cheese
• 10 ounces chopped spinach (frozen or cooked fresh)
• 2⁄3 cup sour cream
• 2 teaspoons garlic
• 1 cup cream cheese
• 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained
• 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
• 4 bagels, split
• 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

directions

1. Combine parmesan, spinach, sour cream, garlic, cream cheese, artichokes and mayo until well combined.
2. Slather onto split bagels.
3. Top with mozzarella cheese.
4. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melty, browned and bubbling.
