Spinach Artichoke Dip

Makes enough to fill 3 Sourdough Bread Bowls with some left over. Serve with Pita Chips, Tortilla Chips or Toasted Bread

  1. Preheat Convection Oven to 350°F (375°F if conventional oven).
  2. Mix Spinach, Artichoke Hearts and Parmesan together in a large bowl.
  3. In another bowl mix together Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise and Garlic.
  4. Fold Cream Cheese mix in with Spinach and mix well to combine.
  5. Spoon into a well greased 2" 1/2 pan.
  6. Bake 20 minutes until it begins to brown.
  7. Remove from oven and spoon hot mixture into prepared Sourdough Bread Bowls, return to oven to finish browning top; about 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with Pita Chips, Tortilla Chips or Toasted Bread.
