Delicious! I did add a couple more tbsp of mayo to make it a little easier to mix. Instead of garlic, I used 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts and 1 4oz jar of marnated ones. Everyone loved this. I served it with wheat crackers and sliced baguettes.

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Place in casserole dish and either microwave or bake for 15-20 minutes (375 degrees), stirring constantly to mix cheeses.
  3. Serve with tortillas chips, salsa and sour cream.
