This is a really good dip!! Made for New Year's Eve and Day and everyone loved it. I like that it doesn't have too much spinach that it over takes it and it is not soupy. Will make this again!
Always a favorite at my parties! Try serving it in a big round loaf of Hawaiian Bread Bowl, using what you've dug out for dipping. It's the TOPS!
Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe. I have made this dip many times and me family and i love it. I usually serve it with tortilla chips (the once with a hint of lime) or i eat it with "Mary Gone Crackers" Crackers.
One of my top 3 appetizers! Simple ingredients, easy to make, and so deliscious! I serve with tortilla chips.
Made this dip straight from recipe and was excellent. I have tried most of the store bought one and this one is 100% better. Its a little thick, but the next time i make it I and going to substitute 1 cup of Italian blend cheese and add a little milk to thin it out. But overall it is excellent just as it is
This dip is beyond delicious. Even people who don't normally like spinach enjoyed it. I run the artichokes through he food processor so it's not as chunky.
Add nothing and take nothing away! This recipe is perfect!
I have been making this recipe for a few years now and I love it. BEST SPINACH DIP EVER!!! I normally make it in the oven, but last time I used my crockpot and it was even better. Whenever I bring this to parties people always want the recipe. And when I make it at home I make a lot of it because the leftovers are delicious. Whenever I get spinach and artichoke dip at restaurants I always think to myself "This is good but that recipe I got on recipezaar is way better!!"
I made a double batch for a wedding shower and it disappeared all most instantly! I used low fat mayo, sour cream, and cream cheese and no one knew the difference. Also, I kept it warm in the crock pot. Thanks for an awesome recipe that I will use again and again!
Great Dip! My 2 year old and husband love this stuff! It can also be thrown together in the crockpot on high heat for about 1 hour or until warmed through.
